SunPro automotive films are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty against fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking, and delamination when professionally installed. Registration takes a few minutes on the Quest One warranty form.
What’s covered
Carbon Black carries a color-stable lifetime warranty — the carbon base will not turn purple. Carbon Ceramic IR is covered against the same defects for the period stated on the warranty card supplied with the film. Coverage applies to the original vehicle owner when the film is installed by a professional installer.
Before you start
The form asks for the installing shop, the customer, the vehicle, and the film installed on each window. Have the roll numbers from the box ready — warranty claims can’t be processed without the manufacturer’s roll numbers, so the installing dealer should fill those in at the time of install.
Making a claim
Contact the installing shop first; they’ll verify the installation and work with Quest One on replacement film. Questions about coverage terms can be sent to our team through the contact page.
